Submitting a booking form, quote form, contact form, email, or phone request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after direct confirmation from United Drivers Luxury Car Service or an authorized representative.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, contact information, flight details when applicable, and any special requests.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay service, require a vehicle change, or affect pricing and availability.

For airport service, customers should provide airline, flight number, terminal information if known, passenger count, luggage count, and the final destination.

Pickup instructions, terminal or meeting point details, and flight-delay handling may vary by airport and reservation. Follow the confirmed instructions provided for your specific trip.

Cancellation terms may vary by reservation type, vehicle class, city, event date, and confirmed service details.

No-shows may be charged when applicable after a reservation has been confirmed. Confirm the cancellation and no-show terms that apply to your specific reservation.

If a requested vehicle is unavailable, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be used when appropriate. Vehicle substitutions are handled with the goal of maintaining passenger capacity, luggage fit, and service quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to reasonable direct damages connected to the confirmed service and does not include indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses.
